Grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and get ready to dip the chips into some delicious Corn and Black Bean Salsa.

Cooking the black beans is easy. The best thing is that you can determine the heat level by adding as many jalapeno peppers as you want. Just one bag of black beans will make a big bowl of salsa. Cook your black beans like you would cook pinto beans. Fill the pan with water, add some cooked bacon, some bacon fat, some jalapenos and cook. When the black beans are ready drain but save the bean water, bacon and jalapenos.

Cook the corn in buttered water then shave off. You can also use frozen corn. Dice a couple of tomatoes, a red onion, some cilantro and a jalapeno. Mix in the black beans. Mix in the corn.  Mix all the ingredients together and then taste. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remember to add some freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice to your salsa mix. BAM you are ready for your Chips with Corn and Black Beans Salsa.
