My name is Nancy Ann Morales, welcome to my food blog. In my spare time I write, food blog. I enjoy writing and sharing food input. i sometimes do research to find out food benefits or what sides compliment an entree. I write about food tips, food suggestions and food recipes for you and your family. When I write and food blog I focus on three food types, American, Mexican and Italian foods.

I cook occasionally at home. I focus and concentrate on only cooking American, Mexican and Italian food. My American specialty is Meatloaf. To make meatloaf, I combine various types of meats such as ground beef, some freshly ground bison, brisket, pork whatever type of ground meat I can find at the grocery store or in the mood to grind myself with a meat grinder. The gravy topping on the meat loaf is a combination of Campbell’s Tomato, Pellegrino mineral water and bacon. The side dishes are mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. My Mexican specialty is Chile Rellenos stuffed with ground beef and cheese. The sauce on the Chili Rellenos is a chunky mild salsa with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, Serrano peppers and mineral water. The side dishes are Mexican rice and whole pinto beans. My Italian specialty is Large Pasta Shells filled with sausage, chicken and cheese. The large pasta shells are served over broken up spaghetti with a sauce of Heirloom tomatoes, Mineral Water and spices. When I cook I sometimes use Pellegrino mineral water because it adds a crispy lightness to food. I also sometimes cook with sodas (the big red cake, the 7-up cake, the dr. pepper ribs). I cook with alcohol tequila (tequila fajitas, tequila beans, tequila guacamole).

My favorite food is cheeseburgers. Cheeseburgers have come a long way from the standard ground beef patty. Today, various ground meats can be combined to make one hamburger patty. For example one hamburger meat patty can be a combination of meats, no more one meat ground beef patty. Today the hamburger meat patty can consist of 3 meats such as ground beef, bison, pork chop, brisket or any type of meats you want to combine. Meat grinders are available at many stores, including restaurant supply stores so we can all grind our own meat for hamburger patties at home. I like hamburgers made of the meat combination bison, beef and pork chop (fat included). The bison tends to be kind of dry however adding the pork chop and pork chop fat will add flavor and moisture. Put all three meats individually in the meat grinder then mix together and form a hamburger patty then cook. Bam you have a delicious hamburger made of three meats. Add some cheese to your hamburger patty and it’s a cheeseburger.

I do go out to restaurants and enjoy going to a good eat Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant. I absolutely enjoy eating the warm naan at Indian restaurants with my food. With Indian food I do mild spicy if I go a curry plate and enjoy the healthy kabob with veggies and rice plates. The Japanese foods and hot tea are always a yum. I am still working up my courage to try sushi. I am a sushi virgin because I like my meat and fish cooked. I not into the grrrr cannot wait till cooked so eating raw uncooked meat and/or fish . Chinese foods are always a delight regardless if eat in restaurant or get takeout.

Regarding Scars On My left Arm
Scars on my left arm are from being cut with plastic knife (2nd husband at a maybe get back together picnic) not from heroine drugs. I have no drugs usage or drug selling history of illegal drugs or prescription drugs. How about you ?
