In my spare time i food blog. Why food blog and write about food ? I enjoy writing and sharing food input. I write about food tips, food benefits of a certain food, food suggestions and food recipes for you and your family. When I write and food blog I write on three food types, American, Mexican and Italian foods. My food blog name origin. When choosing a food blog name I came up with Regards From i which reflects my love for food blogging to help people and my love for research analyze write. During my hobby of research analyze write i discovered that the small letter i is a combination of the binary code 01, the bottom part of the letter i is the number one and the dot on top is the number zero, therefore Regards From i.

I love the ocean, beach one of my favorite places to go is Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles, California. Dolphin watching out in the ocean is absolutely stunning and a beautiful experience. The ocean is so beautiful and peaceful. The ocean always has good vibes. I adore and enjoy going to farmers markets. Farmers do so much for us and we owe farmers more help. I cook occasionally. When I cook, I focus and concentrate on cooking three types of meals and that is American, Mexican and Italian foods. My cooking consists of making foods with Pellegrino Mineral water and using crystals, stones to allow the elements to be a part of the cooking experience. Pellegrino mineral water adds a crispy lightness to food. How do I cook with mineral water? When water or liquid is called for in a recipe I use Pellegrino mineral water. I sometimes add a bit of mineral water despite the recipe not calling for liquid in foods such as potato salad, tuna, chicken salad, etc. I also sometimes cook with sodas (the big red cake, the 7-up cake, the dr. pepper ribs) . . You can try this also and see how you like this. How do I cook with Crystals and Stones to allow the natural elements to be part of the meal experience you ask ? I put the crystals on a candle holder, I place the candle holder with crystals or stones on the stove and put some music on with good vibes or love music . .
