My name is Nancy. i write about Life and Food at Regards From i http://regardsfromi.com I enjoy going to farmers markets. I cook occasionally. Restaurant fan. I like to watch a good movie and found that paying one monthly fee is more economical than paying for each individual movie ticket. Therefore, I am an Alamo Drafthouse cinema season pass member. My favorite place to visit is Santa Monica, California because I love the ocean.

Writing About Life is something that I enjoy because I am able to release and not suppress. As Dr. Phil would say suppressing can lead to future health, etc problems and attitudes. Therefore, when i write about Life, i release. When i write about life, i write about My Experiences In My Life.
Writing About Food is something i enjoy doing to share food input. When I write about food I sometimes do research. Food writing is my artistic way of giving back to community. I write about food tips, food benefits of a certain food, food suggestions and food recipes for you and your family. When I write about food, I focus on three food types and those are American foods, Mexican foods and Italian foods.
Cooking and Me. I cook occasionally. When I cook I like to cook with Pellegrinio Sparkling Mineral Water which is used in place of regular water. If milk etc liquid is used then I mix half mineral water and half whatever liquid recipe calls for. I cook with other liquids also, for example baking the Big Red cake with the soda Big Red and the 7-up soda cake with the 7-up soda. After the cake is baked I poke small holes on the top of the cake with a fork then with a clean spray bottle I spray the soda on top of the cake or with brush I brush some soda on top of the cake. Spraying soda on top of the cake or brushing soda on top of the cake keeps the cake moist and adds the flavor of the soda again. I typically use the Duncan Hines box of cake mix and substitute the soda for the water / milk liquid. I cook Dr. Pepper Ribs which are not sweet at all. I have cooked with Beer and made Boracho Beans, however I found that when I made Mexican Beans with Pellegrinio Sparkling Mineral Water those were the first gone. I sometimes cook with Crystals and Stones, not literally with Crystals and Stones in the food but on the stove or kitchen. I use a candle hold since accustomed to head and place on the stove or near the stove, then place crystals and rocks on top. I will put on music that is soft, or love songs while I cook. I avoid unhappy thoughts or anger thoughts while I cook and keep it good vibes. We are part of the natural elements in life, it is not that the elements are part of our life. The elements were here first that is why I say that we are part of the elements. I believe that the natural elements, nature has a lot to teach us is we are willing to learn. Some of the crystals and stone that i cook with are
- Amethyst for communication, peace, healing
- Amber for love, healing, energy
- Apatite for focus
- Black Onyx for strength, stamina, consistency
- Jade for serenity, stability
- Amazonite Stone = harmonize, see different point of view
- Malachite = release suppressed emotions
- Aventurine = balance stone, balance mind body and spirit
- Moonstone = journey stone, assist inwardly in finding hidden truths

My Religion . . . Catholic Christian is my religion. I grew up in the Catholic religion and made my First Holy Communion, etc. Then as an adult I converted to Christian religion. The difference between Catholic and Christian religion is that in the Catholic religion have Saints and the Confession Booth. The Christian religion just silent to self ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins. Despite all being about Science, i think religion or religions in a society is important to keep that invisible higher power.
My Hobby . . . My hobby is research, analyze, write. My hobby research analyze write is where I mainly use my training, schooling and experience. All research, analyze, write is done as an independent. I have been fortunate to get training from various worldwide agencies and worldwide peoples. I have no one to answer to or tell me STOP, and that is what makes me different and able to help more and help anyone i want to help. With my data and findings I help my community along with help other communities. I help person or persons. I trade my data or keep my data for future. i use my gifts and talents to help. Social Media is my āļø š±ā¦ā¦. Types of research, analyze, write include binary code 01. During my research i found that the small alphabet letter āiā is a combination of the binary code 01. The bottom part of the alphabet letter āiā is the number 1 and top part of the alphabet letter āiā is the number 0. Other types of research analyze write include if __ a good business investment, mislabeling people and why, ancient historical places and anything else of interest to me.
