I was enthusiastic and proud to submit my job application. With all the paperwork it took till the end of March 2023 to start my Orientation and Training. I had previously during my college summer months for a brief moment worked a government job at the Post Office in San Antonio, Texas. That was a job stress released because my job was to toss, throw the packages into the appropriate container. I thought ok, this is going to be a Seasonal Job to see if I actually like working for the USA government. I had so many expectations of wowza, I had set the bar high because these after all were USA government peoples and a USA government job. My friends warned me about taking a USA government job and said, “don’t do it it’s poop”. My response was, “well only one way to find out” and I accepted the job offer. Eleven months and four departments later it was wow what happened, I thought this was suppose to be a step up in society. I was hurt and heart broken that my expectations were just that, my expectations and not the reality of working a USA government seasonal job at the IRS in Austin, Texas. Since day one, I voyaged to make a change for the better. I brought to the attention of night management that we had bugs in the Ladies Bathroom by the cafeteria. One co-worker told me, “oh those bugs been in the ladies bathroom have been here since I have been working here for 10 years”. Wow, I replied. I do not get off to bugs biting me on my butty when I go use the bathroom and most days I wait to go to the bathroom last minute. Therefore, I do not have time to walk to one of the better bathrooms up front by the Entrance Door. I wrote an email to the Night Department Manager. I was told that Exterminators had previously been in the bathroom but the bugs would return. Eventually more stronger sprays were used in the bathroom and finally no bugs.

I went to work in the Day Shift from the Night Shift and actually enjoyed that for a moment because no more falling asleep on the way home. I did my job of Seasonal Clerk in the Numbering Department and actually liked my co-workers. Then one day, the Lead whose first name starts with the letter A, (alma) told me she was a Seasonal Employee and had been for many years a Seasonal Employee. It was then that her anger, jealousy and determination to stop anyone that could advance made sense to me. Who could you complain to ? The Manager, whose first name starts with a J (juanita) ? No, the Seasonal Lead lived next to the Manager and car pooled with her, they were besties. I am unsure who lived in the area first and then possibly helped the other get a house next door. But remember we are in Texas, Texas has high illegal immigration and one way to infiltrate and buy a manager is help them get a house, therefore who lived where first is actually important. Well, on one Monday the lead said she had a terrible weekend because her husband wrecked her car, they had been in a car accident. She said she was furious that her husband got a ticket because quote, “you know he’s not from here and he said he knew they would give him a ticket for having no drivers license since he was not from here”. I thought, who asked her, how stupid can someone be to have a USA government job and tell everyone her husband is not from here the USA and got a traffic ticket for no drivers licensee. Weeks later she said loud as she spoke that she was going to take her husband to an ITIN appointment then to get a Drivers License. She made sure she spoke loud for every to hear. She probably realized her confessions of truth were actually statements of stupidity. If you are unfamiliar with ITIN numbers let me explain. An ITIN number is a number given by the IRS and is given to non-residents of the USA. After the IRS gives someone an ITIN number they can get a Social Security Number. Eventually the Lead made my life so terrible that I had to switch departments. I thought, well her mission was accomplished of getting rid of anyone that was a threat to her and to her job as Seasonal Lead.

The next two departments were a disappointment. However, I voyaged to make a change for the better. I made Security Cover Sheets with the permission of my manager H (hazel). The Security Cover Sheets made a lot of employees happy. I would put pictures of sports, holidays, etc to make us proud to cover our documents with the required Security Cover Sheets. I thought surely things would be different in a different department, that must have just been one bad apple department. However, things did not change and what I thought was going to be the best job ever turned out to be as I had been warned by my friends a 💩 Poop job, a caca job. I wanted to shout, “but we are suppose to be better than this” and “what happened”. I think that I was disappointed because prior to accepting the job offer of Seasonal Clerk at the IRS Austin, Texas office. I had applied and was accepted to work as a Dispatcher for the Austin Police Department who does hair follicle drug test, family background checks (including the in-laws) and so much more. Yet, here is a USA government workplace and what’s going on. I thought a city workplace does more security and drug test than a USA government job. Dang the local grocery store does drug test oh yea but they are dealing with groceries and here government employees just dealing with the lives of people, their futures etc. Silly me to think such things needed

An ITIN number is given by the IRS, then later they can get a Social Security Number. This is a USA government workplace and in Texas illegal immigrants are being bused out by the thousands. Yet some might have gotten an ITIN number from working here in a USA government workplace. A simple inventory of ITIN number recipients starting at this location can clarify any wrong doing.

- Drug Test hair follicle for illegal prescription drugs and illegal drugs . . . starting with the employees at this IRS location at 3651 South IH 35 Austin Texas 78741 to see how many employees do not pass a drug test yet have a usa government job. One lady named M told me she thought she saw from this workplace location a man DM (department manager) whose first starts with the letter T at a party snorting cocaine. Then i thought about how on several occasions, for some reason male day shift DM (department manager) whose first name starts with a T would go into the cafeteria and would tell the employees from Mexico that they had nothing to worry about since he was in charge of them. When I overheard this on several occasions it gave me the impression that Tom was in some way in charge of possible non USA residents. I asked myself is T into Human Trafficking because with pictures taken of him then he could easily be blackmailed, made to do things for someone, to turn informant give information or for whatever else. A simple hair follicle drug test can clarify this.

- Country of Origin Background Checks done on USA government employees not born in the USA, regardless of age came to the USA . . . starting with the employees at this IRS location at 3651 South IH 35 Austin Texas 78741 to see how many employees do not pass the country of origin background test yet have a usa government job. It makes no sense to do a USA background check on someone born in ____ different country. Of course the USA background check will come back ok. However, what about in the Country Of Origin, the country born in? Regardless of the age came to the USA. A simple Interpol and Country of Origin, country born in background check can clarify this.

- Accountability Of Government Money Spent . . . starting with the employees at this IRS location at 3651 South IH 35 Austin Texas 78741 to see how many employees have been misspending usa government monies without proper authorization. Rumor floated around AFTER a night female DM (department manager) whose name starts with letter E and who has gone to day shift was overheard telling another DM whose name starts with a T that she had just come from a conference in Canada. Then said they brought back homeless Canada people that she said were psychic gifted and might help the USA. No authorization from Congress etc was asked for or given. Government monies were used to bring the suspected Bionic Super Powers Canada Homeless to Austin Texas, they were given IRS job at this location to work night shift 4 pm to 12:30 am AND they got them an apartment or hotel to stay. A simple inventory of employees and their origins and qualifications can clarify this.

Eventually, i accepted this was not the job for me. It is necessary to acknowledge and accept something. It is easy to acknowledge something and it is sometimes difficult to accept. I accepted the fact that, these were just my expectations, that this was going to be the best job ever because this was a USA government job. The reality of this job was that it was a poop job, a caca job.See what I am talking about, My Expectations And Not The Reality Of. Do I hold anger because I could have gone to work an Austin City Dispatcher job and gotten paid more $25. an hour ? .. No. Do I hold regrets of accepting the job offer when I had better job offers ? .. No. This actually was a life changing moment for me. This experience had a strong impact on my life because it changed the way I think of Private Companies vs USA government control manipulation of private companies. This experience set free the private companies to be all that they can be.
- WHY the need for usa government control or usa government manipulate when you people have not had a drug test. You could be on illegal drugs or illegal prescription drugs, or you could be junkies, etc.
- WHY the need for usa government control when you could be illegal immigrants from Mexico, El Salvador, Canada, Russia, Middle East and so on places who got an ITIN number and now have a usa government job.
- WHY the need for usa government control or usa government manipulate when you could be ok passing a usa background security check yet in own country born in regardless of age came to the usa, the person or persons are anti-government, were in a mental hospital for being against the government, were in jail for killing and so on.
